When most female authors write fantasies where the stranger breaks in and rapes them, it almost always ends with the rapist being arrested and the girl being set free. This allows the female author to fantasize about being taken without losing all control. What I like about this story is that it is by a female author who is not afraid to fantasize about becoming a permanent slave. That is the level of submissive fantasy that I like seeing girls let themselves embrace. (9/10)

I enjoyed the cruel nature of Brittany's captor and the lack of excess dialogue. Most authors try to work in all this poor-quality talk between the tops and bottoms, but don't have the skills to make it believable.
Brittany Cage is obviously excellent in knowing what amount of which elements to include in a story this size. Her descriptions of physical settings (i.e, the houses and basement) truly puts the reader at the scene, which is essential. The more you're drawn in, the more you can visualize.
I hope everyone else is looking forward to the sequel as much as I am. With an ending like that, the sexy possibilities are endless. I encourage Brittany Cage to maintain her style and continue writing tales of sadistic victimization that excite me so much. (9/10)
